Today I wanted to share a recent interview I did with Dan McDevitt, a real estate agent in the Baltimore area with 14 years under his belt. He’s also a client of 1,000 Calls a Day who will discuss with me the four main steps to have a successful open house. Among other insider tips, Dan talks about incorporating buyer's agents, spending money on Facebook ads, and how to nab solid leads.
