Most people begin seeing results from their pipeline within six months, but every case is different. How Frequently Do We Communicate with Your Clients?


A lot of people want to know how often we’re calling the numbers in your database. You all give us thousands of contacts to call, so how often are we actually calling each and every one of these individuals?


I like to follow a few rules for this. If we’re cold calling someone, we only want to reach out to them once every two weeks. For people in your database, we’re going to call them at least once every quarter to give them a nudge and let them know that we’re here. For expired listings, we call them every other day for 10 total attempts before we give up or before they tell us to stop contacting them.
