Today we are here to answer the question “What does management at 1000 Calls a Day really do?”

It all starts when you decide to hire us. When we are on-boarding you, we are actively searching for the best possible candidate to hire and train to make prospecting calls for you. Once they start getting on the phones, we will do a weekly 411 session with them to make sure they are happy with their job and getting the support they need to reach their goals.

We also host a daily huddle with our entire team to go over numbers from the previous day. This doubles as a team building moment for our virtual assistants, to make them feel like they are part of something bigger.

Finally, every week we host a team training with a corporate trainer out of Omaha, Nebraska. We go over scripting and different role-play scenarios for about 90 minutes each week.


We are in constant contact with our clients via a Google Hangout chat thread. If you have any immediate questions, we are right there, ready to answer them. We also have a weekly strategy call with all of our clients to make sure what we are doing is working out for them.
