Using a Virtual Assistant for Lead Follow Up



Many people ask whether they can efficiently train their virtual assistants to do lead follow-up. The short answer is yes, but you always need to go back to The Predictable Revenue book.
We want our VAs to be focused on prospecting 100% of the time. As you expand your team, if you don't have someone in-house doing follow up, I would love to train a VA to handle it for you. To follow our model, however, you would need to have one VA focused on prospecting and another VA focused on lead follow up.
